The application includes all relevant documentation necessary for the applied permit(s) or approval(s). I agree to comply with the plans, specifications, and further agree to comply with all relevant by-laws and conditions imposed. By submitting a complete permit application, the applicant grants permission to the CRSC staff to enter land, building, or premises at all reasonable times for the purposes of conducting inspections associated with the application. I am applying for a building permit for the above detailed work which will comply with the National Building Code of Canada 2015, as well as the National Energy Code of Canada 2011 as required. I am aware of the requirements of the Building Code Administration Act (and its regulations) and my responsibilities thereunder. Particularly, activities such as manufacturing, repair work, or production - those that may discharge effluents into the environment - must adhere to the appropriate preventative measures in accordance with the newly mandated SPIs.
